This is a carving of a Red-throated Bee-eater that I recently
finished

It was carved from tupelo wood and painted with acrylics. The
grass was made from brass foil.

It took a little over 20 hours. I wasn't really keeping track but
this is an estimate.

The legs are made from brass wire.
