Hi! I'd like to have a try at woodcarving and need to access lessons in the Brisbane South--Beaudesert Area. Any ideas!

Ann,why take a class? Any subject you want to carve probably has three books written about it.Instead of spending money.invest the stuff in books,tools,sharpening equipment.The secret is ,for a beginner,everyone wants you to start small,don't too darn hard to carve small while you are learning about tools.I am supprised that no carving club hasen't contacted you,or any of the experts that hang out on this site.So ,if we can't scare up some local help,then,let's try a many mile e mail course in carving..The idea is to jump in and do it.So decide what you want to carve,and let's go from there,cordially nad
