Does anyone know if there is any software available to create scrollsaw patterns? Preferably one that will convert pictures.

There was a thread on this subject not long ago, someone came up with software for leadlighting which worked.
Try doing a search for leadlighting.

I use DragonFly (http://www.dfly.com/) for leadlight, it may be just as well suited for scrollwork. There is a 30 day free trial available at site.

depends what sort of patterns you want to make, the leadlight one would be good for intarsia or segmentation. for portrait work a program like photoshop elements would help you with creating one

To Old Aussie (not that old!!!)
Thanks for the link to Connected Lines. I downloaded the free demo, had a play with it and ordered the real thing by mail - received an email reply fairly promptly saying they would despatch within 48 hours and should be received in 7-10 days. Good service from Connected Lines. The program was easy to navigate and should appeal to all scrollers interested in creating their own patterns from pictures or just scanning in their own creations and printing out a professional looking pattern. The printout can be anything from postcard size to poster and beyond (over a number of A4 sheets). Thanks again OA.
