½ cup Eucanubra

Sounds great, but what is eucanubra? An old trick for presentation, is to lay boiled eggs (peeled) along the length of the meat loaf so that it is in the middle. When you slice it, a ring of boiled egg should appear dead centre.

:D Well you caught me on that one mate! A lot of trouble to feed a dog but she looks like she's worth it. Some cooked rice in that meatloaf will make it spin out, and do the pup good as well. No potato for doggies though.
