Free Shipping?

From time to time I get e mails from American publishers offering 'free shipping'. Well guess what? It's not free outside of the US. (Why the word 'shipping then?)

I have decided to return the e mail and point out that it is not free for me as I live in Australia. It would be great if others did the same and maybe somewhere down the track it may have an effect. We may even be offered 'free shipping' to OZ.
