Fittings for baby's cot?

Can anyone suggest a supplier of fittings for making a drop side baby's cot. I have seen a number of different systems on shop-bought cots but so far have not been able to locate a supplier. I have tried the leading cabinet maker's suppliers in the Canberra area.
