Several years ago I was Injured at school when a friendly, but slightly feral, young lad jumped on me from behind. Apart from weeks of hydrotherapy I was supplied with a chair for work that was supposed to support my spine.I also had to do exercises with a Fitball to strengthen the back

Unfortunately I also have stenosis and ankylosing spondolitis. Recently the back has given me more than enough trouble so I had a few sessions with the physio. I have religiously carried out his exercise requirements and that has certainly helped.

However I think the thing that has helped most is to use my Fitball as a chair.
This forces you into good posture and also exercises muscle groups that support the spine. Best Chair I've ever had!

Recommended for all of you who have crook backs. :2tsup::2tsup::2tsup:

Bouncing up and down on the fit ball while holding the baby is a sure fire way to calm her down and send her off to sleep as well. I had a day off this week with a sore back. So getting the baby to sleep is fixing my back at the same time. :2tsup:

Why call them fitball? What would you call it? Can you slouch on it?
Bet I could ha he. :U
My bk is stuffed.

I'll get one. What do they look like so I know what I'm looking for?
Have I seen them on Tv? Or in the media somewhere?
Thanks Tony. :U
