First of all, Hello to everyone. I'm new to the forum and new to turning. I live in Oregon, USA and I hope to learn a lot here and be able to participate. For this first post I have a question, does anyone use the One Way Termite Hollowing Tool? If so, how do you like it and would it be a good tool for a beginning turner to make bowls? I guess that's actually three questions
Thanks!

Hi Chris, Firstly welcome aboard. :U
This site has a review of the Termite

This site has a huge number of articles for the beginner and the serious wood turner alike

Here you find Lyn Mangiameli's reviews of various wood turning tools, especially hollowers

The bottom line is that the Termite like allot of hollowers from reputable companies. They all do a good job and really gets down to personal preference and the $$$ we want to spend.
hope this is useful
