I know you like pics but was on a bus in Rhodes and flashing past one of the thousands of live groves in Greece. Got a look at an olive tree stump withe plenty of attatched roots. Was about 1.5M high and about1M across, all gnarley. Bet there were some beaut blnks in it!
In Greece olive trees are pruned and the leaves fed to livestock. The wood is burned as fuel. Some trees are up to 600 years old. Would love to get the paws onto some!!
