After going to the local 'Big B' to source some Dremel or similar small router bits without success I hopped on the net.
Searching around I found this place and emailed them at just after midnight on Saturday night, imagine my surprise when I received a personal not auto-reply within minutes.
Placed my order on Sunday, delivered to my door Monday morning!!!!
Is that service or what?!!
I dont usually give stores rap, but to find a place that replies to emails quickly, has stock, and delivers fast is worth a mention.

I subscribe your words. I had been a loyal customer for the last months. Got a Dremel quickly shipped for a low low low price, went back to buy a Bosch Mitre Saw I got for birthday and naturally returned few months after to buy a new power drill.
