Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/INCRA-IJPT1-Projects-Techniques-Book/dp/B001EYU97U) ships to the UK and has stock, you could also try alibris.com

(http://www.alibris.com/booksearch?binding=&mtype=&keyword=incra+projects&hs.x=0&hs.y=0&hs=Submit)If all else fails our forum sponsor PWS (http://www.woodworksupplies.com.au/index.htm)stocks it as well, but postage could be an issue.

You might give Roger a call or visit his website (http://www.woodworkersworkshop.co.uk/index.htmhttp://) He is an Incra dealer and should have these in stock if not I'm sure he'd point you in the right direction, he is known as Chippy Chap on these forums.

Grahame

I got mine off Roger.

Rockler were a bit cheaper but wanted another $90 to ship it...

Ditto cranked collet spanner.

Rockler, Summerfeld etc wanted $90 to ship a 7oz spanner...

I got someone on a usenet group to mail me one and I bunged 'em (paypal) the price plus a pint.

Maybe someone on here could help out similarly if Roger is out of stock?
