Hi All...

Here is my entry for the frisbee challenge...straight grained Fir, 3mm x 25mm x 203mm (yep, have been learning the metric system!!), three coats of Daly's Pro-Fin finish.

On it's inaugural flight it went about 6 to 7 meters...and it did not break on landing!!:o I don't own a video camera, so can't show it in actual flight, but might be able to borrow one...stay tuned.

Wishin' that there was some way I could join you blokes for the "fly-off", but SWMBO has already nixed and forbidden me to spend $$ for a flight to Australia....bummer!!!!:no::no:

Ad...it's made from a wood called Douglas Fir, which grows predominately in the north-west United States.

Do you have in the Netherlands also?:?
