G'day All,
About 6 weeks ago I was lucky enough to score 10 P&N chisels off eBay http://www.woodworkforums.ubeaut.com.au/showthread.php?t=78443 . A couple of weeks ago I noticed a few cracks on the shaft of the 12mm detail gouge :C. These were obviously faults in the material, and as the gouge had never been sharpened much less used I decided to contact Suttons/P & N. Not having receipts and not being the original purchaser I wasn't sure how I'd get on with a replacement. Long story short, they arranged for the faulty gouge to be picked up and a new to be sent out (subject to the original one being faulty and not customer damage). Today a brand new detail gouge turned up at the front door, what great service :2tsup::2tsup::2tsup::D:D:D.
