I was stumbing around looking for something else and found these guys who do linear bearings and chain guide:

It looks like they have an Oz agent www.treotham.com.au (http://www.treotham.com.au)
You guys probably already know of them, if not maybe they have something useful at the right price. Sometimes it can be hard tracking down useful sources...
