I started doing them for friends and ended up doing them for
money. A local business supply sells them for me on a special
order basis. A lot of them have logos etched in the glass, I do
the etching my self. I often have to match the wood work or
furniture as well. Sometimes they supply the wood pre-finished.

These are ones I did for fun.

The first is is made from a pallet skid.

The next is done with recycled flooring and the finish is burned
with a heat gun and then polyurethane.

The last is also old flooing with with a stain made of linseed oil
and tea then polyurethane.

The smaller ones have a stand or can be wall hung as well.

We have a large motorcycle rally here every year, 400,000 showed
this year. Bikes Blues and Bar-B-Que! The Harley Clocks are a
big hit. I have to box and ship most of them.

This is what I start with.

A local company silk screens the faces on aluminum sheets,
I do the design work on the computer and just take them
a CD with the image.

Thanks for taking time to look and have a great day.

Great work Brad. It sounds as though you have a good little earner there....thanks for showing them.

G'Day Papa,
Nice looking clocks.
I was looking for some way of transfering photos to glass for clock fronts, maybe I'll have to investigate some silk screen printers around my area.:2tsup:
