bookcase/ cabinet

Hey all,
I want to make a bookcase/cabinet for my study. Similar to the one in the pic. I like the idea of contrasting timbers and whatnot.

Any suggestions where i can get plans or have any of you attempted this sort of project yourself?

I built one very similar about 10 years ago, inspired by a Shaker design in an article in FWW mag. That may be a place to start.
