Could someone please tell me how much is in a pkt of brewers yeast?

I'm trying to start a ginger beer plant and the recipe states '1 pkt of brewers yeast'

Hi. 7g but I doubt it matters, within nanoseconds of hitting your sugar mix it doubles,then doubles,etc.Very rapidly. Good luck Phil
