I have some plans here somewhere for a rocking horse, it is not a trditional 'Rocker" on the rails but sits on an upright stand and is controlled by springs. If this is of interest let me know and I will attempt to find it and send a copy. The plans were from an American wood magazine some 3 to 5 years ago and it is made of solid stock. It looks OK and I may have a crack at it one day. Plans are too bnig to Email but let me know if this is what you may be after.
