Best glass door/window for patio area - Stacker, Bi-fold?

Hi All, We have a L shaped room which we want to install floor to ceiling glass doors in the corner to walk out into an outdoor dining area. (Picture of what we are aiming for attached.) My question is, to help with heating and cooling and choosing the best sealing door or window, what type of door is best, stacking doors, bi-fold doors, any other options? Also is there much cost difference? We want to be able to open up 9/10th of the existing wall. Measurements of the wall are 5m...
