G'day guys,

I made this chair a few weeks ago at school in my woodwork class. It's my first chair by the way.

The diemensions are; 390x300x240mm and the wood is 19mm thick. It's made from Pine and the joints are three dowells on each end. It's a strong little chair as it can hold my weight (52kg). Another good thing about this chair is that it doesn't wobble if yours know what I am on about?

One thing I reckon that let this model down is my finish on it as I'm not the best at applying finishes, but other than that, she came up alright. Hope yours like it!

Sweet, Neat , Complete :2tsup:

Now you're 16, it's a seat, when you're 60 you'll be using it to make tying your shoelaces easier :U

It's a little rippa!!!:2tsup: May I make a suggestion? Holes cut in the top of the arches could be very useful i.e. make it easier to move your handy stool around. Or else you might fine you need to make a couple of them :D

So what's next ? :)

cheers
Wendy

Thank-you Sleeping Dog and RufflyRustic!

I'll keep that advice in my head for next time when I make another small chair RufflyRustic. I don't know what I'll make next.
