G'day everyone I guess my first post should introduce myself, Im not what you call a woodworker and more at home with metal but willing to give anything a try. Ive brought another house this time in need of renovations so I will probably have a host of dumb questions to ask about many things and alot of digging through old posts. I have played around with wood to some degree as one of my passions is a hobby from way back when I was a boy, slotcar racing. So as a first off project I decided to build my own wood track.

Im looking forward to scouring this place to see what I can find. Heres some pics of the track I build for my son and I.

Cheers
Rob

That's great - nice to have the space for it. Used to have a lot of fun years ago with slot cars. Club leagues etc.
