Hi all,
I'm currently renovating my late grandfathers old steel shoemakers bench into my "Ultimate Woodworking Bench 2000" :)
've already asked a Q or two about mounting the Vise but now I'd like to get some ideas on any other nifty little bench accessories, addons, knobs, hooks, wells bells whistles or doozeywatzits you have (or wish you had) on your bench.
Basically it's 3-4mm L Frame steel. Solid as a rock
I'm thinking of Some of those little bechstops, maybe something to help support long boards in the vise, a tool rack. Maybe even a big hole in the bench with a collector underneath so I can just wipe all the plane shavings in there..........
I'm having more fun just daydreaming that actually doing it!
