Is it possible to get a nice edge, that is no chipping, when cutting melamine at home? I have at my disposal a circular saw, router plus the jigsaw that my mate got for christmas. I'll probably build a router table before I start this next project. I'm putting in some cupboards in the laundry. I imagine I'll use melamine for simplicity with some nice timber doors. Also, what is involved in laminating (I'm very new at this). I plan to have a benchtop with the tub inlaid into it and was wondering how they are constructed. Would I be better off having a cabinet maker do that bit? Thanks.........
