Just thought that I would show some xmas gifts that I have made
the timber is cut up from a crate and I had finished them with feast watson fine buffing oil
This was the first time that I had used buffing oil and was a bit concerned about whether it will be child safe, but after it had dried and I had buffed it there was no sign of any left over oil or residue.

Excellent choice and practical.
A blackboard is an excellent idea!:2tsup: and the stroller speaks for itself.
Congratulations on well though out and made gifts

Thanks very much for showing us these and giving us the information about the oil.
I have put the thread into Favourites, shall try my hand when possible.

Thanks Old farmer and Chipman
Another thing with the oil and that is it can have a sanding sealer applied before the oil. I didn't do it bit i think i will give it a try sometime and see what the difference is.
