he first two photos are the reason I was there.

#1 "the mistress" herself

Now for some pics for Lingin. I only took two it seems, Both of 1929 Century Sixes.

The first a coupe, the second a four door sedan. Lingin, there was a 22/23 8 Cylinder, roadster there, but didn't get a photo:doh:

More

#1 Early 20's Buick Master Tourer
#2 1928 Oldsmobile. This was a Fresh restoration. The side windows in this are actually glass. It was a rare option in the period (We have a set somewhere, but have never restored them)
#3 1929 Chrysler sedan, This car was for sale for about 20K. Was a nicely restored car

Thanks Gra,:2tsup::2tsup:
My mangled wreck is an "R" series, 1923 vintage.:(
I also have a Buick similar to the one in the pic, but not in quite as good nick.
A fairly spectacular collection by the look of the photos.
I took delivery of a six wheel drive Pinzgauer, circa 1976 on Thursday:U:U.Great fun, goes almost anywhere. Not clever enough to post photos.:q:q

#1 A Mid 30's Buick Straight 8 Sedan
#2 A Late 50's Buick Convertible (Skylark I think)
#3 Chev 4. This is straight out of the barn. The headlight lens's and the roof had been replaced, but the rest was as it drove out of the barn

#1 1930 DeSoto 8 Roadster

#2 1928 DeSoto Coupe. This one is for sale for 18K

#3 Jaguar Mk 2

#4 Jaguar XK140 Coupe

#5 1935 Lincoln V12 Coupe. I don't want the fuel bill for this. This was imported in the 90's and the guy that imported, reported the best fuel economy(?) was about 5MPG (That's the best he got from it:oo:......), but it went like .........

#1 Mercedes 300 Limo (isn't someone here restoring one of these)

#2 and #3 Mercedes Gullwing (Couldn't get close to this to get a good shot)

#4 Morris 840. My fathers first car was one of these

#5 Morris 840 Ute. Cute, and well restored

#6 Rolls Royce Phantom 1. Note the Gold plating, yes all of the plating on this car is gold not chrome. This car was originally owned by an infamous local bookmaker. It is a well know car in Melbourne it was owned for a number of years by Harold Paynting (He wrote a number of collectable books on vintage cars in Australia)
