:D:D Had a bit of fun with this it is a made from some offcuts of Jarra board 25 X150 and some 100 x 25 Silky oak.
The Jarra base is just joined with 3 biscuits and a segmented ring of silky oak on top 120 wide and a segmented ring of jarr on top and as a base the finished sise is 300 dia
The cheese board is a Corian sample Courtesy of Du-Pont that I turned to size and pollished with wet paper to 1200 then with Braso and Plastax
the platter is sanded to 400 ,N/C sealer ,EEE and 3 coats of glow
(one chrisse present in the cupboard)

Very nice piece BB. I would be a little concerned about the cross grain joints between the base and the segmented parts. Hope they will be ok.
