Well John it was good to see you $25
 yeh I know suprised myself and made the trip :U
Now Graeme Priddle (http://www.graemepriddle.co.nz/)there is a laid-back turner NZ's answer to Skew I guess man stands there talking about safety gear and is wearing no shoes
Love his work on Off centre Turning
Anne Dawes and Bill from Southern Region did a combined display on sacrificial edge bowls which was a one man show as Anne had injured her thumb and couldn't turn:B
Display's of all the works tops:2tsup::2tsup:
Then the Challenge watching 5 groups/teams go head to head making a set of candle sticks and bases one whole team being female.
Those door prizes etc I'll take the 8" grinder thanks

Yes, top day.
Graeme was only turning barefooted as his THONGS were slipping on the polished wood floor :D:D
Blue Mountains took the club challenge with Central Coast taking second place.
The mystery challenge (the candle sticks) was taken by the Ladies Group.
Best club display - Blue Mountains, Second place Northern Districts.
Hope I got those right - apologies if I got them wrong :-
Sorry, can't remember the individual awards.
