Well, I dont think the scale model forum is for me..... what I make first and foremost is a toy for someone. Whenever I start a toy, I know who I am making it for......I try and always make them sturdy enough that the kids can play with them and hopefully they will last so that maybe when they grow up, their kids may get to play with them.

I take my hat off to the folks that make the wonderful scale models. The attention to detail in some work is just fantastic.

good thread Aussie,:) I started out making 1/32 scale models in plastic, y'know the kits you get at hobby shops?
Ive still got some here at home that will be going into a glass topped and side coffee table with a 1950s style garage diarama.:C
I hadn't thought of using their plans and parts as templates:doh:
They're all hotrods too, mmmmmm

What are you makin at the moment? Im about to start a Toysnjoys bulldozer.

cheers billy:2tsup:
