canberra wood working show 09

hi guys,

we are currently looking at going to the canberra working with wood show this year and was needing to get some advice from everyone for what they would like to see there & what there past experiences were like.

As the show is over 2hours away from where we are based & after dragging the staff to the newcastle wood & hobbies expo recently i need to make sure we get it right for the wood workers down that way.

I for one would like to see some decent festool special prices.

Given the absence of some of the regulars (eg Terry Gordon) it's good to see that there will be at least one stall. I'd like to see a good selection of:
-Eastwing hammers
-clamps
-circular saws & guides
-mitre saws
-cordless drills

speaking of hammers have you guys seen the new stiletto range of titanium hammers?? at the national tradesmans expo in sydney we sold over 20, pretty good for hammers selling over $130-300:doh: check out the video
