Hello. I've been searching for a set of plans for a pull toy dog with moving legs sort of like this:
http://i379.photobucket.com/albums/oo238/raymondw1/Wooden%20Toys/BPDZijwBWkKGrHgoOKisEjlLl7pGBJtYVWe.jpg
I could modify this design, but was hoping to find something already scaled and in the shape of a dog. I seem to recall owning something like that as a child and really thought this would be easy to find. So far, I'm empty handed. I want to enlarge the plan to make the toy 18"-24" long. Has anyone made such a toy or seen a plan like this?
Thanks for your help.

I've seen that one, and it looks interesting, too. It's just not the kind I had in mind.

Thanks for that, Paul. I just found one on ebay for $6.00 delivered. Almost 400 pages of plans! :2tsup: BTW, your link doesn't work. I'll try it again later. Maybe a temporary thing. Thought you should know.

I've got one of them, my Grandad made me mine many, many years ago. I have the plans he made it from in the shed, either in a book or on paper or both - I'll have a look tomorrow.
Now my kids play with it.

That worked. Thank you. You've been a busy guy. :oo:
I especially like those animated frogs. There's a long story there, but a frog might be better than a dog for my grandson.

Do your kids like it, please?
On a scale of one to ten?

They love it, 18 month old son plays with it like a car.
3yr old daughter pulls it along like a dog.
Maybe 7/10.
