Hi ; At a farm auction I scored! I purchased an old Delta jig saw, cast iron on a well built stand with wheels, four stage pulley's, motor, and some blades. Heavy as a dead sinner. took three of us to put it on the pickup. It works ,runs smooth and dont jump about like the bench top saws. should make a fine gear cutter.and for only 25.00. Bob:U:D:cool:

I was happy to snag this one speed is variable and can hold sanding boards or files too.
and the price was right, must be that beauty is in the eye of the owner. Bob:-

Good score. The price was right, even for a boat anchor.:D

If you have a model number, you (or we) may be able to find some pictures at Old Woodworking Machines: http://www.owwm.com/ Depending on its age, it might be in either Delta Manufacturing Co. or Delta Specialty Co. - pretty much the same mob.

See the forum FAQs about managing attachments to posts.

Cheers,
Joe
