I'm no longer a joiner anymore. Taken up chairmaking.

I have to try and sell my chairs. I've got a windsor sidechair design I've been making that I feel is starting to make the grade. Much hand work and shaping. difficult to make so there wouldn't be many around. interesting looking. Pretty shore it'll sell well in the citys.

thinking the show maybe one way of flogging it.

Do I have to have a major stall setup to be involved ? Cause I'm very small. Just me, a couple of chairs, and a small sign probably describing the design..

I've never been to a woodworking show. I don't know what to expect.

I've made enquires to them. but I'd appreciate any thoughts on it.

thanks kindly

Jake

Jake the wood shows are probably the wrong shows for you to sell your chairs as generally you are preaching to the converted,

You would be better at home shows or such like where there is more of the general public who are looking for that sort of thing.

The woodies will look and take photos and make their own.
