Here's couple of West Aus Dhu Fish I speared on Wednesday. I know it's not fishing but I only freedive for my fish. These two were taken in 22 & 24m, just out from Walpole.

Very good eating. Much targeted over here, hence only allowed 2 per day. This is possibly being reduced to one. Not many speared on the south coast as they don't come into the shallows (20-25m) often. More are taken on the west coast (Perth-Geraldton). I believe they're loosly related to the Pearl Pearch.
