Over the last 2 years i have packed up the trucks & dragged my staff to various trade shows . Our biggest hurdle has been how much space do we hire & how much stock do we take with us...other issues have been:
do we sacrifice taking bulk amounts of stock & instead take a larger range
do we supply stock for customers to take home at the show or do we take the order at the show & then ship direct from the warehouse
do we allow for more demonstration areas rather than having bulk stock on pallets
etc..etc...etc
we have 2 more shows (designbuild in darling harbour & working with wood nsw) for 2009 after doing the automotive collision repair expo & the newcastle wood expo this year so far:doh: & are still tossing up if we will also do the canberra working with wood show this year:doh::doh:
please help us give you guys what you want...also if anyone saw us at any of the previous shows can you give a some feedback
