I am just off to Sprinvale to buy some pork neck to make some red roast pork. Photoes soon.:D

Well I didn't get to Springvale but I got some pork at Safeways.

This is a packet of mix to marinate the pork in. I add a few things such as some Tandoori past, Some chillie, some lime and some yogurt. Leave for a few hours.

got to say it looks good but is it hot as in chilli.

No not hot, more fragrant from the marrinade, I do add a little chili and some tandoori past.
