congratulations boiler maker hope you have as much fun as i am .not sure if your a newbie like i am but dont dispare when your job turns out like gramaphone lines it will get better . ive spent more time reading forum posts finding outwhat i did wrong than turning but im getting there .hint
1 dont practise on steel that work hardens or is already hard
2 tungsten tips break easily when they dig in( learning yuo have to make lathe go faster and feed harder but not too hard
3 make sure tool height is set at right height( near enough is not good enough)
4 hardest part so far grinding yuor own hss tool bits ( wrong grit wheels ) lotsa posts on how to do it ...yer right it sounds easy doesnt it
have fun

Hi Boilmaker welcome to the forum By the amount of parts you got everything bar the kitchen sink
It is good when you buy a lathe with all these parts as it saves a lot of time hunting them up
So Congratulations and welcome aboard
all the best Derek
