Has anyone got a copy of this that they'd be willing to part with. It's out of print now and the best I can do is US$60 which is way too much. I'm willing to pay 30 or 40 or so????

Hi Bill - very hard to get ahold of as evidenced by the lack of response to this post. I've got the State Library's copy on just about permanent loan. I've read it so much I can almost quote it off the cuff. About 60hrs into the build.
