This is My Third review on penkits that are available to us here in Australia

My Initial Impression of the kit was it was solid and of high quality

Plating : The Gold plating is 24K and the coverage and finish is even and to high quality although I cannot comment on the durability as I haven’t field tested it yet

Finial: Good quality and heavy ,

Tip Good quality and heavy , Nib Coupler is good quality with strong defined thread and proud Shoulders

Clip: Good Quality and Heavy

Mechanism : Mechanism is smooth and strong ,Transmission Coupler has proud Defined shoulders which enables a nice snug fit

Overall view , I originally picked the Knight as a comparison Kit for the Rhizeng Polaris , the difference in feel between the two is amazing the Rhizeng is a poor copy in side by side comparison, I cant wait to try Berea Hardwoods Version now

Would I buy them again : Yes , even though I don’t particularly like the kit I would buy again because the pen feels right , the action is smooth and it delivers on the image of a robust Pen

I would give the kit a 9.5out of 10

I got mine from Dave at Timberbits for $7-50 /kit , I went for the 5 pack so I got the Dayacom Bushings , I'm glad I did because they fitted more snugly { about .5 mm difference } than the Rhinzeng polaris Bushings

Dayacom Knight at Timberbits (http://216.147.102.79/catalog/index.php?cPath=25_27&osCsid=d9eecf47704cf832f7c487e87b3c9775)
