Swivel castors for heavy machinery

Does anyone know where you can buy what I call a "lift swivel castor" as shown in pic fixed to the carba tec jointer. A Melbourne supplier would be good but any contact details would be helpful.

I have all my stuff sitting on wheels, My jointer will be about that size and I just made a wood base and fitted 2 swivels and locking casters and 2 fixed from Bunnings. Ive wheeled that thing around the workshop many times and its still OK
