1st Carve
Messed around with some 25X25 Houn and a carving knife. Got a little blood on the first 2 but the 3rd is scarlet free.
Lessons
Create detailed plan (3rd one is ment to be a horse)
Clean hands (black marks from holding them)
Will start looking for a simple inexpensive finish for them before I drop them around the house.

The dog and the priest/monk show real promise, clean lines and simple shapes, well done . The horse is a little clunkier and looks less planned or observed, things dont quite look in the right place like the others do

Excellent effort for a first go. You could keep going with more detail. Your foundation work on the first two in particular is such that quite a bit more could be done if you want to. Even with just a knife.
Hope to see some more.
