Bulky filler
Hi guys, I’m a new member joined up to pick your brains.
I’m building a buck for a car build project, (based roughly on an International S110, google “another bloody pickup thread the farming forum” if you want to see it)
I’ve been doing the shape in OSB/Sterling board and had an idea to fill it up completely and have a solid shape that I could make a flexible shape pattern from. (Cover the whole thing in layers of sticky tape, then remove)
I had a thought that I could mix up wood shavings and glue to fill the bulk of the gaps 100mm wide and various depths, then coat the top with plaster and sand then seal that.
Any constructive ideas to steer me in the right direction?
David.
