    Robson, more often than not on this site, you'll see them referred to as ARC and WRC, to differentiate between the two types.

    30mm deep by ???
    If it was to be 300mm, or more, across, quite doable but lots of work
    especially near the end.

    Not too difficult if you have access to a decent pantograph (one that would handle the size of the tabletop)
    set up would probably take longer than doing the job though..

    what if the hokey pokey is really what it's all about?

    I'm from the mind set that just has a go, using whatever tools I have. It either works or it doesn't and you've learned something first hand.
