Thread: new design concept - your thoughts??

One issue I see is that because the design allows you to directly visually compare one curve to another it makes the slightest deviation between them fairly obvious. Especially with the hard lines of contrast.

The photo probably exaggerates the effect, but still...

Perhaps rounding over the inner arris of the spiral, similar to the outer edge, would help 'soften' the contrast?

I like the idea, but I think you need to be really anal about making the flow of the curves just right to get the best effect.
