She gets along fine with the metal boys Claw...nothing a sheetie likes more than being told how clever they are..or being quizzed about what they do

So the welding is done and D1 is happy with it ..so next it's off to the abrasive blasters just around the corner

what if the hokey pokey is really what it's all about?

(looks like something out of Battle Star Gallatica, very Cylonish - don't let that dishearten you though )
I make things, I just take a long time.

    Good girl!

Are the 'eyelashes' just tacked on until it's mounted on its plinth, or are they permanent?
    .
I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you just read is not what I meant.

took me a while to figure out what the "eyelashes" were Ww,... yep, they stay, (they stop it blowing over in the breeze)...

The discomfort is due to the camera pointed at her..She has her old mans aversion to having to pose for a photo..
When the camera is put away she's like a kid in a lolly shop

Neither rain nor mud nor howling gale..etc etc
Well , it's finally been installed without too many glitches,
(induction onto the building site took longer than than install, much to the bemusement of D1)...
And so the project ends..(other than some tidying up) and it's been an interesting little journey for both D1 (Bec) and myself.. lots of things learned, a few scratches and dings, but all in all good BIG fun
.thanks for sharing it with us

Crazy isn't it.... I had to pay $75 & do an online course to get 'white card' & then do a site induction just to go & install a bit of security gear in a new library that was inside a building site.
The people in the library could come & go with cartons of books but I had to have steel caps, a helmet & a fluro vest & I couldn't bring my car anywhere near the building.
