    Default Hoop pine leaf bowls

I have some hoop pine slabs stashed for something, one day, an idea.

I saw an idea last month in a string of bowls out of the one piece of timber.

I dragged out a couple of pieces & poked them through the thicknesser & drew some leaf shape ideas on them & roughed them out on the band saw.

I have started on the smallest one that has some satins in the timber as a practice one.

Roughed the inside & out with the arbortech industrial carver & then changed to a 36 grit sanding disk to refine the shape.
    Cliff.
If you find a post of mine that is missing a pic that you'd like to see, let me know & I'll see if I can find a copy.
