The little production line, the last blue applied, spoke holes drilled and some have the last sanding off done. Even put a coat of varnish on a couple...a long way to go yet!

Yeah I know what you mean Poundy, well spotted I’m not too perturbed though as I’m using some wonderful swirly grained birdseye Huon that I’ve had laying around for ages. With the thought of it possibly being thousands of years old and sending some of it into dust I does weigh heavily on my mind.

Well, what a day, apparently can’t go to the beach, but Bunnings car park is at least half full so I’m “isolating” which isn’t unknown territory. So I managed to blow up one machine and melted a part off another which leaves me with an unreliable Dremel which has just come back from repair. There’s a lot to be said for hand tool reliability! Anyway with that off my chest I managed to get some back wheel hubs roughed out.

All back wheels done bar one set that’ll get a different treatment by request. Awaiting machinery repair pretty badly now to keeps things on track. Foredom so very slow to respond, Carbatech not bad, Dremel is hanging in there but not that confident it’ll survive even though I talk to it daily.
