    If I might digress for a moment.... what is that little disc sander in the background of photo 4? Is that air driven and where did you get it?

    That thing is a 'Wecheer' right angle attachment that fits a dremel/foredom flex shaft....a handy little gadget for sanding hard to get at bits..
    ..I bought it online a while ago ( can't remember where sorry) cost about $50 ish...the sanding pad is home made

    what if the hokey pokey is really what it's all about?
