    Default Loveys carvings

030.jpg031.jpg032.jpgThis is a stool I made back a few years ago, the legs are old oars that I cut to size, the fish left side BASS right side BREAM the foot rest is a CRAYFISH, I made the CRAY quite flat for feet to rest without the lump. The metal backrest is the spring leaf off an old trailer, cheers.

Love the idea of not only a sea theme in your choice of subject but also in your choice of materials like the oar legs. Well done.

Hi Lovey, You have been very busy, some great looking Lures but for me (not being an angler) the Stool and Rocker take the prize. The Chair is an absolute cracker. Well done. brian.

Hi lovey, I love your creative furniture designs but being a fisherman I like the lures very much, do you put any lead in them to get them down a bit? Have you caught any fish???

Most of my lures have a bib which causes them to dive & gets the action of the lure, some have a bib but are designed to walk across the top of the water, but I do make bibles lures & I do put weight in them to get them down to the right depth. & I do fish my lure & have caught many different fish but my main fish I make lures to chase is cod & bass & do catch good amounts'. Cheers Shane.

Thanks. Love it! I'm hoping to do more furniture with coastal cypruss... ever used it? A bit splitty but strong enough and is insect resistant for outdoors. Have a bit of oversupply of good twisty branches if ever you come through Nimbin area.
