Wood supplies in Victoria
POINT OF INTEREST!!
Wrote to the board owner about passing on some details of a bloke I met recently, didn't want to cross any lines re advertising on the site. No answer yet.....so I will just say that he has a stock of fairly exotic timbers such as Sassafras, Myrtle, and Huon Pine, to name a few.......interested? then email me privately, and I will pass on his contact details ok?

As far as I know if you have somebody you recommed post their details. If you have affiliations with them then let it be known. If you continually post the same details then it will be spam and discouraged.

OK sTINKY I'll take you at your word, have only dealt with this bloke once, but he seems a nice young feller and appears to know his wood. His business card reads as follows.........
TASMANIAN TIMBERS
JAMES ANDERSON

King William Pine, Leatherwood, Red Gum and other
species to Joiners, Woodturners and Woodworkers.
Slabs, Boards and turning blocks available.

He seems willing to cut to size, and 'though he lives in the Bendigo area, I think he keeps most of his stock in Rochester area. But he's definitely worth a 'phone call.
