    Nar, we deport 'em back to Spain.

    geez Artezano, you live in Toledo?....I seem to recall it as the knife and sword making capital of Europe.

    Spirit,....just keep making the bloody swords will ya,.....when the police turn up just tell em underfoot said we could .
    anything that will get your kids motivated and learning stuff is a good thing
    perhaps you can get someone in who can discuss the traditions of japanese swords,
    (that may legitimize it a bit more, and the kids might learn something extra to boot)

    what if the hokey pokey is really what it's all about?

    ......this is what the world's looking like today, Undy-we'll be carving with plastic gouges before long, maybe joining the Mafia out of sheer nostalgia-just to remember what the steel was

    Default Chuckle.

    I'm just looking forward to telling my uncle that in Australia they have to make their swords out of wood, and even then, they are still illegal! Hahaheheh. Oi. And now I have an image of someone walking with two swords slung across their back and this in one hand:

    [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EGCthretLBk"]YouTube - 56 shots wood gun[/ame]

    And this in the other:

    [ame="http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=RW9I2DsfQ-E&feature=related"]YouTube - wood gun[/ame]

    walking around town, dressed in brown leather.

    As for me I'll argue the toss if they want to make a fuss, you can legally buy kids swords without permit as well as plastic guns so I'm going to claim them as toys for the students. From what I saw on the Knifemakers site the wording is replica, so if they want to be pedantic about materials then a replica is a copy and my swords are original designs not copies. I am careful about students not taking them home, they have to be physically collected by a parent.

    They won't enlarge , I cut and pasted them to the post .

    I find this method works best with photos of long thin objects .

    I can not see your pictures and do not know which particular episode you are referring to, but I assume you refer to jo jitsu. The jo is too long to pass for a walking stick, though.

    F&E .
    I have re-posted the photos in a different and less effective manner , hence the edited script.

    I have no idea what 'episode' you mean . I am not referring to a tv series .....
    I speak of real life , of history .....

    not of jo or jitsu
